Everything was clean and well-maintained. the cottage surprised us with its amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and iron. the owner was helpful and quickly resolved any issues, like replacing broken light bulbs. We loved exploring the beautiful countryside nearby and found a charming pub in a nearby small town. the beds were comfortable with nice views from the bedrooms. a great base for day trips around Cornwall. During our recent stay at Rose Cottage, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of amenities provided. The property had a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board, hairdryer, clothes airer. Additionally, the comfortable bed, mattress, duvet, and pillows provided a great night's sleep and the views from the bedrooms were lovely. The location of the cottage was also ideal, with beautiful countryside surrounding it and a charming pub nearby. Furthermore, we appreciated the quietness of the area, as it allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rose Cottage and found it to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area.
While our stay at Rose Cottage was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The kitchen could have been better equipped with more kitchenware, utensils, and a coffee maker.

Easter at this hotel was a disappointment. There were no personal touches or welcome pack, and the furniture was tired. Cobwebs adorned most of the rooms, and the whole place needed some love. the back garden was just gravel and weeds, in need of some TLC. No visitors book meant no way to leave feedback.
The location was pretty, with nice countryside and a nearby town with a pleasant pub. the beds were uncomfortable and the small bedrooms were cramped.

The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic necessities we needed. We especially appreciated having parking right outside the front door, making it convenient for us. The proximity to a Co-op store just a few minutes away was a bonus. Although we didn't have to contact the team during our stay, it was reassuring to have their numbers readily available. we would recommend Rose Cottage and would choose to stay there again.
While our stay was generally enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues. Upon our arrival, there was a drainage smell when using the upstairs sink, but it cleared up by the second day.
